“The conference week felt like a giant family reunion, bringing together many people that we didn’t have time to catch up with over the past year, all united by an exciting future and a collective “get it done” mindset. “ — Fabian Riewe, Founder of KYVE.

KYVE took on ETHDenver for a second time! Not only making an impact at the conference but many side events along with it. We were very pleased to see the growing support for KYVE, connect further with strategic partners and investors, and discover possible new collaborations.

This year was definitely unique, with a major Cosmos ecosystem presence and insightful talks about all the trending topics: DA, DePIN, ZK, Restaking, and more. Let’s reflect back on KYVE’s trip highlights!

ETHDenver Conference

The conference was definitely a hotspot of innovation and collaboration. This was a great space for KYVE to make impactful connections, gather insights for possible upcoming integrations, and brainstorm new initiatives like a public goods grant with DoraHacks.

The atmosphere was charged with positive energy and was definitely an exciting way to kick off Q1 of this year. Ethereum ecosystem, look out! KYVE is on its way to support your historical data 🔥

Appchain Day

The main takeaways from Appchain Day: a great crowd and killer panels.

During this event, Fabian discussed L1s v. Appchains with Smokey the Bera, Co-Founder of Berachain, Sun Raghupathi, CEO of Seven Seas Capital, and Griffin Anderson, CEO of Phi Labs (building Archway). Stay tuned for the replay! This panel definitely sparked some great discussions and reactions from the Archway x Berachain standoff! Safe to say, bearish times are over.

ATOMDenver²

The Cosmos ecosystem took to the theater! Coming together to listen in on talks and panels on the next-gen of the interchain. KYVE was thrilled to participate in two insightful panels, covering Interchain Liquidity Rush and Building Cross Chain Applications, as well as DePIN.

This was a great get-together, and it was very impressive how strong of a presence Cosmos had this week! ATOMDenver² was brought forward by KYVE, Cosmoverse, Akash, Secret, Polymer Labs, StrangeLove Labs, Soar Chain, Zellic, Cheqd, IBC Summit, Agoric, Noble, Passageio, Archway, and Warden Protocol. Where will ATOM take on next?

Open Data Day

Open Data Day by Chainbase was by far one of KYVE’s favorite events during ETHDenver, fostering in-depth conversations around the advancement of data in Web3 and, again, a great crowd.

Fabian took part in a panel discussion on the Data Network and its Tokenomics with Powerloom, SpaceandTime, Subsquid, TheGraph, and Caladan. Bringing up important questions for scaling chains, like security/cost balance and the importance of adoption.

The Future Is Now

ETHDenver was more than just a series of events; it was a convergence of ideas, innovation, and community that left us invigorated and optimistic about the future. KYVE’s journey at ETHDenver was marked by meaningful engagements, insightful discussions, and a reaffirmed sense of purpose in our mission.

Our main takeaway is the incredible potential for growth and the importance of community in driving blockchain technology forward. We return from ETHDenver inspired and ready to continue building and contributing to Web3’s vibrant ecosystems!
